“The Mid-Trent MAT, currently comprising three primary schools: Colwich CE Primary School, St. Andrew’s CE Primary School, Weston and St. Peter’s CE Primary School, Hixon, was established on 1st February 2016. We hope our website gives something of the essence of what we believe is a very special ‘Mid-Trent MAT family’. People are at the heart of the Mid-Trent MAT – pupils, teachers, support staff, middle leaders, head teachers, governors, directors, parents and volunteers – all with a wide range of talents, qualities, beliefs and potential. We seek to provide opportunities for all of our practitioners and stakeholders to share best practice, develop expertise, draw on local, national and international research and form partnerships within and beyond the Trust.
